Do you come to my location?

Yes. GhostCore is mobile and appointment-based. The proposed location must be lawful, authorized, safe, and appropriate for the work before an appointment is confirmed.

Can you work on the street?

No. Roadway and curbside work are not part of GhostCore’s mobile service model.

Can you work at my apartment or workplace?

Potentially. The property must authorize the work, and the location must be lawful, safe, accessible, and suitable for the requested service.

Can I provide my own stereo, amplifier, speakers, or parts?

Yes, where compatible and accepted for installation. Condition, fitment, missing components, interface needs, and limitations are reviewed first.

How do estimates work?

GhostCore reviews the vehicle, requested service, equipment, parts, location, and anticipated labor. The approved scope and charges are documented before compensated work.

Are parts included in listed car-audio prices?

No, unless the written estimate says so. Harnesses, dash kits, interfaces, wiring, adapters, fuses, terminals, mounting hardware, and other job-specific materials are separate.

What vehicles do you service?

Acceptance depends on the requested work, vehicle architecture, available service information, tools and equipment, location, safety conditions, and verified capability. GhostCore confirms whether the specific vehicle and job can be accepted before scheduling.

How long does installation take?

Timing depends on the vehicle, equipment, integration requirements, access, and installation complexity. The expected service window is reviewed with the approved scope before scheduling.

How is additional work handled?

Additional compensated work is not assumed. If the scope changes, GhostCore uses an added-work authorization process before proceeding with the additional work.

Can I drop my vehicle off?

No. The current model is mobile/customer-site service. The administrative residence is not a drop-off, pickup, repair, installation, or storage location.

Where are you located?

GhostCore is a Los Angeles mobile automotive-service business. The administrative address is not a customer-facing service location and customers should not travel there for service.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Payment methods will be published after the applicable payment-provider and launch controls are verified. This website does not currently collect payments.
