Location requirements
A mobile appointment needs more than an address.
The work area must be lawful, authorized by the property owner or responsible party where required, safe for the requested job, and suitable for the tools and access needed.
Safe working conditions
Lighting, weather, traffic exposure, surface condition, access, clearance, and equipment needs are considered before the location is approved.
No roadway or curbside work
GhostCore does not perform service in active roadways or curbside locations that are not appropriate for automotive work.
Administrative address
Do not drive to the business address for service.
The administrative address is for company records and administration only. It is not a public repair shop or customer service location.
Before scheduling
GhostCore will confirm the general service location and whether the proposed work can be performed there. A location being convenient does not automatically make it an approved work site.
