GhostCore // Field notes

Mobile service still needs an approved worksite.

Convenience does not establish that a location is lawful or suitable. GhostCore’s planned model requires a job-specific location review before an appointment can be accepted.

Is property-owner permission enough?

Permission is one part of the review. It does not replace applicable location rules, safety requirements, insurance coverage, or the equipment needs of the specific job.

What should a proposed location review cover?

  • Permission from the property owner or responsible party.
  • Lawful use of the location for the proposed activity.
  • Vehicle access, working space, surface conditions, lighting, and traffic exposure.
  • Weather, tools, equipment, and controls appropriate to the job.
  • Any restrictions on fluids, waste, noise, storage, or the requested work.

Driveway-only customization: can GhostCore work in apartment lots?

No. Ready-made bolt-on accessory customization is restricted to a lawfully permitted customer driveway, with property authorization, safety and insurance review, and no fabrication. Apartment and workplace parking lots are not qualifying driveways. Eligible mobile repair and car-audio services have separate site checks.

Does GhostCore perform curbside or roadway work?

No. Roadway and curbside work are not part of the planned service model. An unsuitable location should not be treated as approved simply because the vehicle is already there.

Can I bring a vehicle to the administrative address?

No public drop-off counter is offered. Customers should not travel to the administrative residence for service, pickup, drop-off, or vehicle storage. A private address is not a published service destination.

What is available now?
